About Rhys
|Sports Scholar, International Basketball Player and certified basketball skills trainer.
I've trained and worked with: boxers, College athletes, University basketball scholars, and international basketball players. In addition to over 4 yrs of rehab and yoga experience.
Current availability: Tuesdays; 5pm-9pm, Wednesdays; 9:30am - 2:30pm & 6:30pm - 9pm, Thursdays; 6:30pm - 9pm, Saturdays; TBC (Saturday's vary because of basketball commitments), and Sundays; 2pm - 8pm

I break down moves, workouts down to a science. Everything is game applicable. Everything is for a reason. Everything to do with your sport we will train: Active recovery, Yoga, Stretching, Game like situations, drills, strength and conditioning, nutritional advise and Game psychology advise/mentoring.
You will be working smart and hard. I've travelled round the world learning from the best, I require a commitment from my clients.
