I've been giving fitness and self defence classes with VPD KARATE for over 1yr now and have taught about over 20 people thus far and have seen tremendous growth in all.
Reaching the weight they wanted gained muscles that they wanted and improved their running times as well.
Being able to defend themselves in the street with basic self defence knowledge.

My teaching style is simple, easy to learn yet highly effective. I always make my classes super fun people so that they enjoy the workout and work hard. I base my classes on what weaknesses are present when they join and improve those key factors.
I base all my self classes from my karate background to help others become more confident and aware of things.
I always start with understanding different styles of attacks and sensitive areas to attack to. And later show them how to block effectively and with an immediate counter attack as well as escaping grappling.
