There was a time when even a simple SQL query looked intimidating to me.

Words like JOIN, GROUP BY, and HAVING felt confusing, and I often wondered,

"How does everyone else understand this?"

Hi, I'm Shivangi.

I'm currently pursuing my PGDM in Business Analytics and have gained industry exposure through my internship at Mahindra.

During my own learning journey, I realized something that completely changed the way I looked at SQL.

The problem was never SQL.

The problem was the way I was trying to learn it.

The moment I stopped memorizing queries and started understanding the logic behind them, everything finally began to make sense.

That's exactly how I teach today.

I believe anyone can learn SQL with the right guidance and enough practice. You don't need to memorize hundreds of commands. Once you understand the logic, writing queries becomes much more natural.

Whether you're preparing for college exams, placements, internships, or your first Business Analyst or Data Analyst role, my goal is to help you learn SQL with confidence through practical examples, real business scenarios, and step-by-step guidance.

Every student learns differently, which is why I teach through a structured learning approach instead of random topics. You'll always know what you're learning, why you're learning it, and how each concept connects to the next.

I don't expect you to know everything after one class.

I simply want every session to leave you feeling a little less confused, a little more confident, and excited to solve the next SQL problem on your own.

About the lesson

Learning SQL can feel overwhelming at first—I know that because I've been through the same journey myself.

Many students believe they need to memorize hundreds of SQL commands to become good at SQL. In reality, once you understand the logic behind a query, everything starts making sense, and learning SQL becomes much easier.

That's exactly how I teach.

My course follows a structured 5-Level SQL Learning Roadmap, designed to take you from a complete beginner to an interview-ready SQL professional. Each level builds on the previous one, so you'll always know what you're learning, why you're learning it, and what comes next.
