About Liam
I am a 5th Degree International Instructor & Examiner, European Gold medalist, currently the WITC Head England Coach. With over 25 years experience in Martial Arts ITF TaeKwon-Do. I went to college for 4 years and achieved qualifications in: Sports Nutrition, Sports Therapy, Sports Science, Gym instruction and Fitness coaching with Princes Trust.
I was taught Taekwon-Do by my father From the age of 3 years old, My father/instructor is former British European & World Champion and the highest ranking senior 8th Dan Master in the whole of Bedfordshire who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2008.
Types of classes available:
1. Online Live Zoom Group Classes.
2. Online Private 1-2-1 Tuition Lessons.
3. INCLUDED - Pre-Recorded Weekly Training Program!
4. Family Fun Lessons
5. Online Gradings
6. Online Fitness Builder Class.
7. Online Calorie Burner Class.
Group classes are mixed Male & Female and we accept all age groups from 4-74 Years old which are categorised for suitable age groups.
Our normal in person classes are based around Luton, Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Flitton, Flitwick, Woburn Sands, Biddenham, Kempston, Cranfield, London, Hampshire, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, Malta, Wales and more.
We have also been awarded a safeguarding code, which has been developed through close consultation between Sports England, representatives from martial arts governing bodies and those with years experience in safeguarding! Support was also provided by the Child Protection in Sport Unit.
The safeguarding code that we have been awarded, has been created so that parents/carers & educational establishments can clearly identify us.

I teach ITF Taekwon-Do which is a scientific art of the hand and foot. We base our classes around many aspects such as street survival self-defense, fitness training to stay healthy, competition training for European & World championships, and also technical training in preparation for future gradings & seminars.
Little Kubz: (4-9 years old) martial arts with play to learn the fun way!
Active TKD: (10+) Self defense, ITF TaeKwon-Do & Fitness training.
