About Abdul
The reason I'm sharing this knowledge is that I’ve personally struggled with maintaining a productive routine for many years—perhaps even a decade was wasted. Knowing this ‘cheat code’ earlier could have greatly improved my life. In today’s world, many people face challenges in establishing effective routines and managing distractions. It’s crucial to understand our direction and how to overcome these obstacles. My goal is to help people become more focused, clear-minded, and effective, rather than feeling overwhelmed or scattered.
