About Damiano

I hold a MoS in International Management at the Catholic University of Piacenza (2012), specialized in International Marketing, and a Master's Degree in Management at the Catholic University of Milan (2015).

In 2014 I took part of the ISIB International Studying Program at the Bentley University in Boston (scholarship winner), focused on Economics of Globalisation, Emerging Economics, Global Marketing, Social Networking and web Technologies for Business, Society and Financial Markets. It allowed me to enrich my knowledge of the international contexts and develop valuable multi-tasking and communication skills, which make working in fast paced, interactive atmosphere exciting.

During my studies in Milan, I had the opportunity to be involved in several university team contests: L'Oréal Brandstorm, Luxottica innovative business project, Internalization strategy for "Antica Focacceria S.Francesco S.P.A" and the Henkel Brand Communication Contest.
These experiences allowed me to gain the ability to work with demanding international clientele, to adapt myself to change, to improve my intercultural knowledge and team working skills and to better develop the ability to achieve targets and to critically problem solve.
I am a dynamic and creative candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit, trained in interpersonal relations.

My native language is Italian. In addition, I have an excellent knowledge of English, certified with a TOEFL ETS certification. Furthermore, I have good IT, digital & photo editing tools skills. I am a true tech and car enthusiast.

- In 2017 I registered the brand "Confetti Milano" and founded Confetti Milano LLC, a NYC based company that imports and sells online Italian Confetti & Wedding favors through all the Country.

During the same year I started my career as web Designer & Web Marketing Strategist as freelancer, improving my SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing & Adv skills.

- In 2019 I became partner at Studio The Bridge, a Web Design & Digital Marketing Consulting Studio in Cremona, Italy.

Currently I am actively working for my Firm Confetti Milano LLC in NYC and Studio The Bridge in Cremona.

About the lesson

My approach is free and based on the specific needs of the student. I only conduct online lessons via Skype. My students find in me a young and interesting figure who can be a useful and fun resource for learning American English, idioms, and English spoken in the States. I mainly target young high school and college students. Having studied and living in the United States, I find myself not only teaching English but being a gateway to "the American world". Many boys have had an informative interview with me before visiting the United States.
