About Monaliza
I am a yoga teacher for 5 years now. I have trained on Vinyasa, restorative Yoga, Trauma Release, and finished my RYT 500 training.
I have been teaching in yoga studios, gyms, parks, host private classes in person & online and corporate classes that allowed me to become more experienced with different body types & caters to all ages and diverse students.

My classes starts with a 5-10 minutes meditation to set a united tone at the start of the class for everyone, this helps to guide everyone to focus and connect to their own mind, bodies and personal practice. Then I give them a vinyasa flow warm up where they work with their own postures and move with their breath. At the end of their practice during savasana(corpse pose), I give everyone a little head, neck and shoulder massage with a Yoga Love healing cream with essential oils to help them relax even more and let go of any tension left in the body to achieve full relaxation.

Details
My travel charge only differs when You're 20km away from Brisbane CBD.
When you decided to cancel the class the 24hours before our scheduled class, I will not charge you anything.
But if cancelled at the last minute, I will have to charge 50% of the cost for our class.
