About Pragya

Hello, I am RYT 200hr ''Hatha'' and RYT 500hr "Ashtanga" certified yoga instructor under the yoga alliance. "Certified Prenatal yoga" teacher.
Practicing yoga since 2011 and teaching since 2019.
online and offline (under 10 km ) sessions. Group and Personal sessions.

About the lesson

You will get everyday a different flow and a new posture to learn we will start with basic to intermediate and after few sessions according to your comfort and capacity will move towards advance. Everyday pranayam session with my count and mediation with calm music . You must try a trial session with me. I m sure your whole day will be good .
