I believe in a thorough approach to training, focusing not just in physical skills but history, physiology, and non-combative self defence skills.
My students receive a solid knowledge base regarding what they're doing and why they're doing it. All without the Zen mysticism attached.

Justin has been a great teacher to my son. My son has learnt more self control and is encouraged by Justin in his training. My son enjoys going to Justin's classes, he has been very welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend Justin as a karate teacher for any age.
