Hello! Hope all is well! I’m just a girl who loves to dance! I’ve been like this all my life. My unique background in education allows me to use different learning modules to help teach the body the moves through muscle memory.

Warm-Up (10 minutes)
Light cardio to get the blood flowing (e.g., jog in place, jumping jacks)
Dynamic stretches to prepare the muscles for movement (e.g., arm circles, leg swings)
Foundation / Simple Choreo (20 minutes) (30 minutes)
Learn basic hip hop footwork patterns (e.g., grapevine, shuffle, two-step)
Practice isolating upper body movements (e.g., head nods, chest pops, arm swings)
Cool-Down (10 minutes)
Static stretches to improve flexibility (e.g., hamstring stretch, quad stretch)
Cypher/Review (10 minutes)
