About Maria
I've been working in the field of education for almost five years. I've helped my students reach both personal and academic goals. I feel that I invest just as must time and effort, into helping my students achieve their goals, as they do. It truly feels like team work and the feeling of success when goals are met is often indescribable!

I have taught and tutored students on all levels. Regardless of skill set or age of my student I always approach teaching with a few common techniques. These techniques begin with assessing the student's learning styles so that I can customize my lessons to utilize their best skill sets. I also approach teaching with caring, humor and flexibility. I teach the way I would want to be taught and this has proven to be a very successful method for me.
