About Adrien

I am a Statistician , Experience tutoring as a TA during my stay at university of Toronto, subjects taught include but not limited to
calculus for management , economics 1 and 2,
introduction to finance, life insurance mathematics.

I enjoy working with other students and have a passion for communication, i saw tutoring to be an avenue for me to do what i like (maths) and as well as communicating while helping others understand those concepts they find a little difficult.

Working with different youth associations in Toronto where we share ideas and learn from one another.

About the lesson

i approach a subject based on the syllabus, i try to focus on understanding the concept prior to problem solving as i believe in this way the student gets to recall and can apply to similar future problems.

Depending on the student level , a class will usually be divided into 2 or 3 parts:
1. Going through the material , revision of concepts and explanations
2. Numerical examples to deeper understanding and
3. sample quiz or test with varying questions to test the understanding and appreciate the material.

He also works well along students' pace and level of understanding, slowly building up on more difficult concepts, while making sure you understand the basics well enough.
