My teaching method is to lead students into the thought process of completing math problems. Using knowns and unknowns to find answers. I encourage students to ask questions until they fully understand the subject matter. I start with what the student knows, answer questions they may be confused on, or fully demonstrate the problem and make the student replicate it if they seem to be very confused on the topic at hand.
I am a recent graduate from Florida State University. I have some experience tutoring College Algebra and a middle school English Virtual School student. I have a minor in mathematics and majored in statistics in college. I have taken pretty much every math class so I am comfortable teaching students.

I was very honored to work with Stephanie on some projects back in the day when we in college. She possessed the traits of being a leader in the group that her tenacity and hard-working mentality inspired everyone in the team and we looked up to her and felt motivated to accomplish the task. Her willingness to help others and cooperate patiently with every team member really shone the light and we felt comfortable and confident working with her.
Potentially as a teacher, those qualities of her will be very beneficial for the students, since teaching is essentially working together with the students for them to thrive in the process of learning and there’s no doubt in my mind that Stephanie will pave the way for them to live up to their expectations and achieve the academic success.
