About Taylor
I am extremely passionate about research, teaching, and learning; I've always found solace in the classroom. I graduated high school in the top 10% of my class with an IB Diploma. I attended Georgia State University and earned my Neuroscience B.S. with Cum Laude honors while working as a laboratory technician. I became a K-12 guest teacher where I facilitated lessons provided by the primary instructor during their absence. I became a lead instructor for Mad Science of Austin & San Antonio providing kids with a hands-on approach to STEM and the scientific method. I am currently a neuroscience instructor with AREACH, a non-profit organization providing neuroscience education to the youth of Atlanta, and a substitute teacher with Atlanta Public Schools.

The first session is all about getting to know you and identifying problem areas. I use our initial meeting as a guide for subsequent sessions and personalize lessons based on individual needs. I incorporate fun activities to make learning an enjoyable, engaging experience. I challenge my students by encouraging independent problem-solving but I am always available for guidance. My enthusiasm for teaching and learning motivates me to be the best tutor I can be, and I love watching my students succeed.
