As a starting point, I clarify any questions students may have, and from there, we continue practising by solving exercises (with increasing difficulty). I explain the necessary theory as we work through the exercises. The classes are held online via Google Meet, and I use an iPad + pencil in screen-sharing mode, writing in real time so that students can easily follow all the explanations. After each lesson, I send the notes.
