About Ian
I am a current Statistics and Machine Learning major at Carnegie Mellon. I have participated in competitive math and physics for the last eight years and have reached the top 2.5% in competitive math and the top 125 in competitive physics. I have also received 5s in most AP courses, including Physics C: Mechanics and E+M, Physics 1, Statistics, Calculus BC, and Statistics.

I tutor one-on-one with students and adapt my lesson plans to fit students' academic needs and difficulties. A typical lesson plan would consist of one general area or topic. The lessons will start with a lecture with example problems, then a slightly-guided problem-solving section. The lessons are for high-school students who need assistance with regular or AP-level classes. Some lessons can be tailored to students competing in the AMC competition.
