My teaching philosophy emphasizes two major fundamental skills: (1) having a basic understanding of the theories, concepts and methodological approaches and how to apply them to solve problems and (2) developing analytical creativity and teamwork skills to be successful professionals. For careers in academia or in industry, it is essential to get trained to think critically and actively. I want my students to understand and to evaluate others’ ideas and develop those of their own. My teaching environment is comfortable yet challenging and is not intimidating
