About Talia
I’m a passionate dancer who loves helping women connect with their bodies, move with confidence, and have fun while learning sensual movement and floorwork. My lessons are beginner-friendly, encouraging, and high-energy, designed to help you pick up choreography quickly and gain confidence in your movement. Even if you’re new to sensual dance, I focus on breaking down moves step-by-step, giving clear feedback, and helping you feel comfortable expressing yourself. Lessons can be tailored to your goals, whether that’s building confidence, improving fluidity, or learning choreography for fun or performance.

My classes blend sensual movement, floorwork, and body awareness to help women connect with their bodies, move confidently, and express themselves fully. Each session is highly structured, supportive, and results-driven, designed for women of all levels with no prior experience required.
Class Structure:
A typical week includes 4 lessons, which can be booked individually or as a full series:
• Mobility & Conditioning: Improve flexibility, joint mobility, and body control to enhance movement quality and prevent injury.
• Foundations & Core Drills: Build posture, balance, weight transfer, musicality, and movement fundamentals specific to sensual styles.
• Technique & Skill Focus: Refine execution, precision, transitions, and performance quality for cleaner, more confident movement.
• Choreography & Performance: Learn and apply choreography while developing presence, expression, and stage confidence.
Scheduling & Pricing
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
• Individual sessions: $40/hr
• 4-Class Training Series: $150
By the end of the program, you’ll move with confidence, grace, and self-expression, while gaining the skills to continue improving independently.
