Teaching breaststroke and backstroke Alternatively lifesaving legstrokes on the back, you start with a lesson where I can assess and possibly begin teaching but primarily the first lesson is about me being able to see an estimate of what the individual in question can do and approximately how many lessons may be needed, if it is a child under 15 years old it is easier and see if you can run a 45 minute lesson or only 30 minutes, it is very okay to be able to reach me privately on my email after the first contact
