My coaching method focuses on real world problem solving with an emphasis on business and team communication. I structure my lessons with a Q&A format as well as using my own past experiences as examples and leaving an open running dialogue with the team to help with any issues they are currently facing. I am a firm believer in being coach-able and being open to feedback. I take pride in the welcoming workplace environments I have built over the years and the lasting relationships I still have today with previous team members. Building people up and watching them reach the potential they've always wanted, and having the opportunity to see their continued growth and achieve their goals and dreams is the proudest moment for any coach and it's how I was able to achieve the level of success I obtained as the youngest for my position and within my region.
I was a Store/Training Manager in the U.S. retail field for eight years. I have personally trained 10 employees who went on to become managers within the field. I have traveled around the U.S. and Canada helping open new store as well as training and assisting many others managers and employees in struggling stores to help rebuild communication within the teams and generate results.

I was a psychology student, and in the process of continuing to finishing my degree. I love how the mind works and learned early on in my working career how the basic understanding of psychology helped me create relationships not only with my customers but with my managers and team members as well. I started in retail at 17 as your basic sales associate for Pacsun, after a month I was helping train new co-workers as well as began to shadow my training manager to prepare me for management. Shortly after I turned 18 I was an assistant manager and I was sent to assist a struggling store to which I then stayed at. That year we became one of the top stores in sales over the following year. After I was 21 I opened a new location and became the Store Manager, by the time I left the company I was the Store Manager of two stores. I began at Guess Inc. as a Co-Manager and within 10 months, I became the Store Manager and our store made sales over the year prior for the first time in three years. I remained there until I left at 25, in that time I had traveled to Canada to help open two new stores as well as traveled around the U.S. training and developing struggling stores.
