About Kesar
I am a senior in high school living in Johns Creek, Georgia. I am a straight-A student and currently have a 98.45 GPA. I specialize in math, SAT tutoring, and general academic help for students in elementary through high school. As a current student, I am able to relate and communicate well with my students. I am also able to explain topics and communicate in the most effective way possible with my students given our similar age and experiences. I teach with a supportive and collaborative approach, giving students the opportunity to solve problems themselves and also offering assistance when needed. I also like to encourage students to reflect on their progress made throughout the time they have been with me. This keeps them encouraged and motivated to keep progressing and learning.

As a tutor, I believe in making learning personalized, engaging, and confidence-building. I tailor personalized lessons to fit each student’s unique needs, learning style, and academic goals-whether that’s improving classroom performance, mastering tricky math concepts, or preparing for the SAT. A typical session includes a quick check-in, concept overview, targeted practice, reviewing/correcting mistakes, and a brief recap and plan for the next session. I also offer optional progress reports to help students and parents track improvement over time.
My tutoring is ideal for students from elementary through high school, including those in advanced or AP math classes, and those preparing for the SAT. What sets me apart is that I’m not only a straight-A student with a 98.45 GPA-I also have prior math tutoring experience and was previously selected as a College Board SAT tutor. I bring patience, clarity, and encouragement to every session as I am a current high school student who can relate to the mindset of my students. I offer tutoring online or in-person in Johns Creek, Georgia.
