About TraShon
I am a strength and conditioning coach based in the Atlanta, GA area. I have been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade. I also compete as an athlete in the sport of powerlifting at the international level as well as coach many other athletes who range in different sports.

My goal as a tutor is to teach individuals about their health, and how to maintain a well-balanced lifestyle involved in and outside of fitness. A typical session would address any challenges an individual is facing, teaching how to move the body through a range of different planes from bodyweight to weight training, depending on what is available to them. Lessons are available for anyone at any age. There are no prerequisites needed to take this course.
