About Jennelle
Jennelle Gordon is a holistic wellness practitioner, yoga educator, speaker, and founder of Shakti Living LLC. After overcoming significant personal adversity, she devoted her life to studying healing practices that support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Jennelle trained extensively in yoga in Thailand, including study with world-renowned teacher Sri Dharma Mittra. She also completed certification at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and later earned her Reiki Master certification, expanding her work into energy healing and integrative wellness.
Her approach combines yoga, mindfulness, holistic nutrition, breathwork, and embodied movement practices designed to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and cultivate greater balance in their lives.
Jennelle is the author of Unf**k Your Life and has been featured on Bravo TV, CBS, Valuetainment, and several national media platforms. Through her retreats, workshops, and educational programs, she guides people toward deeper self-awareness, resilience, and personal transformation.
Her mission is to empower individuals to heal, reconnect with themselves, and live with greater vitality and purpose.
