I have designed a coaching system based on coaching and psychology theory which has been accredited by the CPD Standards Office. If you are a professional seeking coaching for a work related topic, you will receive a CPD certificate for your coaching hours.
I walk you through a series of personal development topics that fit together and result in a thorough exploration of your challenge and committed action at the end.
You will complete a progress journal and submit it for feedback after each session.
