About Zondee
Math doesn’t have to be confusing or stressful and that’s exactly why I love teaching it. I’m a fun, patient, credentialed math teacher with over 25 years of experience, and I was honored as Teacher of the Year because I know how to explain math in a way students actually understand. I create a relaxed, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while they learn. My lessons are clear, organized, and tailored to each student’s needs, helping them build confidence step by step. I work with Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Algebra 2 students who want a teacher who is encouraging, easy to understand, and truly invested in their success

With over 25 years of classroom experience, a valid teaching credential, and recognition as Teacher of the Year, I specialize in helping students truly understand math rather than memorize steps. I use a structured, step-by-step method that breaks down complex concepts, fills in learning gaps, and reinforces skills through guided practice and clear explanations. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs and typically includes a brief review, targeted instruction, guided problem-solving, and independent practice. I work with middle and high school students in Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Algebra 2, especially those who feel frustrated, behind, or lacking confidence, and my goal is to help students improve both their skills and their confidence in math.
