About Angela
Teaching math has been my passion for over 28 years, and that experience allows me to truly understand how students think when they’re learning algebra. After so many years in the classroom, I can often predict where confusion might happen or which misconceptions may arise, and I adjust my teaching in the moment to address them clearly and confidently. I create a calm, respectful, and supportive online environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. I come to each lesson prepared, organized, and focused on individual goals, and families and students can trust that they are working with an experienced educator who genuinely cares about building understanding, confidence, and long-term success in math.

Over the years, I’ve worked with students of all ability levels and learning styles, and I specialize in breaking down complex ideas into clear, manageable pieces.
I love using technology, visuals, and interactive tools to bring algebra to life. Whether it’s virtual whiteboards, graphs, or step-by-step demonstrations, my lessons are engaging, supportive, and tailored to how you learn best. My goal is to help students move from confusion to confidence—and often to finally say, “Oh! That makes sense now.”
