About Ritu
As a tutor my goal is to provide a supportive, engaging, and professional learning experience that inspires trust and student success. I have a strong academic background in chemistry, backed by B.Sc chemistry (hon)-Miranda house (86%) M.Sc chemistry -Miranda house.(72%) Professional qualification- B.ed(76%) All this ensuring that I have both knowledge and the credentials to teach effectively. I have good communication skills both in Hindi and English. And I don't just teach chemistry- I mentor students to develop problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. I customize lessons so that each student receives personalized attention, which fosters confidence. I hold myself accountable to the success of my students and consistently monitor progress. Some of the techniques and methods I employ: 1. Active learning:- I encourage students to solve problems during lessons. 2. Conceptual understanding -I often use analogies to help students understand abstract or complex concepts. The usual structure of my chemistry classes Quick recap, Engaging questions, clarify confusion and then introduction to new topic. My special feature is I often use diagrams, charts, and digital resources to illustrate chemical processes. My classes are intended for school children especially for 9th to 12th.
