About Namira

Hello! My name is Namira, and I’m a passionate, qualified tutor with a BCom degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in hand. I have experience tutoring both school and university students—especially in mathematics and accounting—and I’m committed to helping learners grow not just in marks, but in confidence too. I work with students from Grade 1 all the way through to first-year university level. My teaching style is calm, encouraging, and tailored to meet each learner exactly where they are. Whether you’re laying your foundation or preparing for tough assessments, I’m here to guide you with patience and clarity. What makes my lessons unique? About the lesson

As a private tutor, I believe that maths should click, not confuse. Whether you're in Grade 1 learning the basics or in university grappling with more advanced topics, my goal is to make maths feel manageable, logical, and even enjoyable (yes, really!).

I offer personalised lessons for learners from Grade 1 all the way up to first-year university level. My teaching style is calm, clear, and encouraging—perfect for students who need someone patient and practical by their side. Each lesson is tailored to your level, learning style, and goals, with plenty of room for questions, practice, and confidence-building.

My methodology blends step-by-step explanations with real-life examples, memory tricks, and plenty of active engagement. I don’t believe in rushing or rote learning—just solid understanding that grows from the ground up.

I tutor in English. My lessons are especially helpful for students who feel anxious about maths, are preparing for exams, or need to strengthen their foundational skills.
