About Addison
I am a fourth-year student at the University of Kentucky, studying biology and Spanish with the intention to become a college professor of biology! I have tutored people officially for three years now, although I often led study groups with a lot of my friends in preparation for big exams and the like.

I tutor first and second-year university and high school students in the art of biology and lab report writing! I believe that learning is a personal experience and very much not a "one-size-fits-all" ordeal. A lot of my tutoring is more questions-based, where the other person/people ask me questions about the material and then I'll guide them to the answer! I also try to explain concepts in a way that makes the most sense or is the most interesting, encouraging the other person to be curious and open to researching more deeply into the topics we're discussing.

Addison has been tutoring for the past year and a half while attending the University of Kentucky with a double major in biology and Spanish and a minor in creative writing. He is currently a junior. He took several AP exams and classes while attending high school. He achieved a score of 35 of the ACT and was named a National Merit Finalist in 2018. He is very passionate about learning and is able to translate that into teaching others in a variety of subjects. I highly recommend Addison as a tutor.
Addison is our grandson. He is a very smart and patient tutor. He is well-rounded in his knowledge base and has a great deal of experience tutoring others.
Addison defiantly knows his stuff! He can explain it multiple ways to make sure it’s clear and will make sure your good along the way!
