I am an athlete that believes hard work shows you results. I start off with basic introduction to all of my sports but i also like for my athletes to be mentally and physically prepared. I prepare my student by giving them simple but useful workouts and we build our way up.
I am basketball and track varsity player/runner. I played soccer for 4 years,volleyball for 2 years and i was a cheerleader for 3 years. I've been running since i was kid and i've been playing basketball for 4 years now.
