When I was in my teens I use to struggle coping up with the other students. So , I joined tutuions but, I couldn't find any improvement in me because,it isthe same procedure as in school. Nobody understood how understanding mechanism works and due to that I struggled a lot in my studies. But, today if I have a chance to make students comfortable and understand them, It is easy and smart learning and teaching.
