About Ella
I am 20 years old, which sounds young, but my experience can speak for itself. In high school, I began my teaching journey as an assistant teacher in a 6th-grade English classroom; I designed lessons and taught, provided review material, and learned firsthand from an experienced educator. I also worked seasonally with preschool students and ELL children as they prepped for kindergarten. I have also observed a high school US History class. I have also volunteered with numerous after-school programs for ages K-6.

Even though I am still in college, I have worked with many different age groups. The most crucial teaching attribute is to love and be passionate about what you teach. That passion the educator has will also translate into how the student looks at the subject. Fostering education is essential because the knowledge of the past will help shape this society's future, which lies in the hands of the younger generations.
