I am business administration student, and a bodyweight workout trainer and I was also a dancer for 3 years and trained few students in dance also. But leaving dance aside i continue in physical fitness as it's my passion and I want to help people to transform into their possibly best shape

I don't beleive in weight training really much I train people in my own different way which don't require weights or gym but definitely gives results. My theory is that your own body weight is enough for working out. I don't do weight training personally as well.
