About Riki
Hi, I'm Riki! I'm a Computer Science student at the University of Cambridge. When I applied, I scored the maximum possible mark on the TMUA (9.0/9.0) and received offers from every UK university I applied to: Cambridge, Imperial College London, UCL, Durham, and Bristol.
I moved to the UK from Japan for sixth form and went straight into A-levels without taking GCSEs, so I know what it's like to adapt quickly to a new exam system under pressure. That's shaped how I teach: clearly, patiently, and without assuming knowledge you haven't had the chance to build yet.
I tutor Math, Further Math, Physics, and Computer Science at A-level, as well as TMUA, MAT, STEP, and general Oxbridge/Russell Group admissions preparation. I'm also happy to tutor in Japanese for bilingual students.
My own results are recent, so I still remember exactly which parts are hard and why. I'd love to help you get there too.

- Lessons for Oxbridge STEM applicants, students aiming a high score for TMUA
- I will structure the lesson around a problem, concentrating on one topic every lesson. I will share real time-saving tricks that allowed me to achieve full score in TMUA.
- For interviews I will find interview questions from books and resources, and will stretch my students even further depending on the level.
