About Samuel
I am a Dentistry undergraduate at Newcastle University with a strong academic background, having achieved A*s and As at A-Level and all Grade 9s at GCSE.
I have over two years of experience tutoring Maths and English, working with students of different abilities and helping them build confidence and improve their academic performance.
I take a friendly, patient and structured approach to tutoring, adapting my teaching to suit each student’s individual needs.

I offer GCSE and A-Level Maths lessons tailored to each student’s ability, goals and areas for improvement.
Having achieved an A* in A-Level Maths, I use a clear, structured and supportive teaching style focused on understanding concepts rather than memorising methods.
The first few lessons are used to assess the student’s current level, identify strengths and weaknesses, and create a personalised lesson plan. Lessons then focus on explaining topics, practising questions and developing exam technique.
Exam question practice is the proven best way to learn and improve, so this will be my main focus when challenging students.
My aim is to make Maths easier to understand while helping students build confidence and achieve their target grades.
