About Sergio Ken
I am a student of the Double Bachelor in Physics and Mathematics. I was born in Madrid, but my home university is the University of Granada. I made an exchange in Lausanne, Switzerland. I gave private lessons in Granada. I helped a student with a last-year high school physics course. Furthermore, in Switzerland, I had the opportunity to teach high school mathematics. In all cases, the students were satisfied with my methodology and improved their results. I can speak Spanish, English, French and Italian (and a little bit of Japanese).

If it is a review class, I prefer to let the student have the control, that is, since the contents are taught by the main teacher in an organized way, I think that it is best to help the student to solve the doubts that may have. I want to find the core of the doubts directly. If I am the main teacher, I like to consult bibliography, see how others have organized the teaching of that subject, and using my own personal experience, I find the plan that I consider best. In any case, I always act as a guide. There is nothing more logical than mathematics, although sometimes it does not seem so. I help the student find that logical reasoning without directly giving the answer. What one discovers by thinking for oneself is never forgotten. Finally, I like to mention curiosities related to the syllabus, although they are not asked in the exam, with the purpose of making the study much more bearable and pleasant.

The rates are indicative. I can offer very interesting rates in the case of group classes, which may be appropriate for students who are studying the same subject. Ideally, the first class is a moment to get in contact in which I would like to try to explain something to check if the student likes my methodology, in addition to talking to the student to find out about their difficulties, concerns, goals ...
