About Serena

I am a student in Master-Asia (East Asian studies and international relations) at the University of Geneva and at IHEID. I study all aspects of Korea (history, language, culture, architecture, and its relations with China, Japan and the rest of the world). I am also studying Japanese and I have lived in South Korea for over a year and have been there 5 times so far. I am finishing my Master next year and I am looking for to give Korean lessons to help those like me who are passionate about this language and this country. I have not been fortunate enough to have a private tutor and I would like to pass on what I learned from my adolescence until now.

About the lesson

I base myself on the way I learned Korean, as intuitively as possible and also in interaction with the student. I use several books of methods of different levels and also internet resources to vary. We can juggle between written sources, videos, audios, etc. I can also give the lessons in english if needed.
