My techniques involves mostly all the time giving the students chance to learn by themselves. This is how I learnt too. I don't focus on evaluations and competitions. I make sure that students are responsible also depending on their age, so that they can evaluate themselves. I want to ease the teacher-student relationship so that students feel to be part of the journey. In that way they ask any question they have and it add to their knowledge.
