About Mohd
Hello,
This is Uzair Bashir. I am a computer science engineer. Apart from my professional career, I am running an NGO in my city where we do many social works, including teaching underprivileged children. While I’ve always felt driven to be an elementary school educator, the joy I felt from facilitating the growth and development of the students only reaffirmed my passion. Teaching is my passion so, I am excited about the opportunity to begin my career in a school system with an outstanding reputation.

I use a moderate way of teaching. According to me, both things are important in teaching, fun as well as strictness.
Also, I always focus on the discipline of the class more than anything. And I try to keep my behavior very friendly with all the students and try my best to make all of them feel free to ask anything at any time.
As far as my special features as a teacher are concerned, I think maintaining a balance between being friendly and strict at the same is one of the best things a teacher can have.
