I approach teaching as an opportunity to develop inquiry and nourish collaboration. I prepare my lessons on the basis of my students' needs and academic standards. I encourage students to engage with learning in an individualized and contextualized way to relate knowledge with their own contexts and requirements. Similarly, I ask students to step out of their immediate circles to appreciate and analyze diversity and differences in knowledge practices and society.
