About Erica
Hi my name is Erica, and I am a second-year college student. My goal with tutoring is always to ensure my students thoroughly understand the information I teach them. Many subjects build on themselves throughout the class, especially in math and science, so I feel that complete comprehension is necessary. I will also use whatever resources are appropriate for my student's learning style, considering people learn differently. I hope to help whoever needs or wants assistance with their work.

I like to work closely with the student's syllabus and the work given during class. I also create practice exams and study guides to further practice skills needed for specific majors. I am open to working with students of all ages. Finally, I prefer to teach virtually because of everyone's schedule and location. One learns equally well over zoom (or other online meetings) as in-person tutoring, and I use different tools within online platforms that allow for the same experience as in-person. Overall, I will work to the best of my ability to ensure comprehension of the topic the student is learning.
