About Amanda
I am a current medical student graduating with an MD and beginning residency in the fall. As an undergraduate, I took courses in teaching in addition to pre-med studies. I worked in daycare centers, nursing homes, and medical offices before entering medical school.
I enjoy mentoring youth and can provide a lot of guidance for those interested in a career in healthcare.

I am a personable learn-as-we-go tutor, tailoring lessons to the current abilities of students. This is perfect for students for who may be a little bit ahead of the curve in some ways and struggling with others.
I was a "gifted" student who struggled with organization despite being bright, so my lessons include easy ways to organize and be efficient.
My lessons are best for high school students needing extra help with science, english, and life skills. I also offer mentorship for those who are interested in a career in the health professions.
