About Tamanna Rathi
I am a student in grade 12th studying humanities. I have been taking tuitions in English language for students of 6th grade and above from past 2 years. I actively participate in a lot of English speaking and essay writing competitions along with debates hence building and spontaneously improving my speaking and writing skills in the language and gaining a certain level of proficiency.

I am caring, passionate, enthusiastic about providing engaging and challenging learning experiences. My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. In my classroom I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society. I take on a holistic, flexible and differentiated pedagogical approach to teaching, to allow for inclusivity within my classroom domains. I strongly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to pedagogy and learning. Therefore, I constantly need to know my students backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures, religions and capabilities to provide quality and engaging learning experiences to engage and challenge all students. Hence my classroom is inquiry based, interactive-participative and learner- centred .
