About Valentin
I am in my final year of civil engineering in Electromechanics, following a Mechatronics educational goal. I have always had a passion for mathematics, physics and computer science, science in general. I am a young volunteer to help others to learn, I have already taught for two years on behalf of the UCL to first and second year engineering students (Project Course in Robotics and Mechanics). I have also given hours of academic support in Mathematics and Physics to students in high school.

In my opinion, the biggest problem of science subjects taught in secondary school is the lack of global visualization of the subject. Indeed, many students study mathematics and physics without understanding what is of interest, and without having a global vision of "Why" learn these subjects. This is the first fundamental point on which I focus the hours of tutoring that I give, give students an explanation of why the mathematical tools we use exist, and why it is interesting to know them. In addition, always in the continuity of this idea, I like to give, generally at the end of the session, or at the end of the chapter, an example or two, more concrete, of application of the matter. This allows the student to develop a better scientific approach, and to understand the C3 (Competence 3) in mathematics: Problems, which often poses "Problem" to students in secondary school.
