My teaching method is to first help you really understand the basics of a subject - that means helping you learn the material in the way that makes the most sense to you! For some, that will be drawing out pictures, some it may be by jumping right into practice problems, it could be by reading/writing out processes, or it may even be by listening to me describe what goes on. Usually, it will be a combination of all of the above. After that, we go through application - which will tell me what needs to be covered again and where you are getting confused. This ensures you are actually learning and will perform well on future assessments.
