About Thi
I'm currently working as an Instructional Assistant for the Analytical Writing Program at UC San Diego's Division of Arts and Humanities. I meet with around 15-17 underprepared student writers a week to help them improve their reading comprehension and writing skills (emphasis on sentence structure, grammar, style, and articulation). I have also instructed non-native English speakers studying for the TOEFL exam. Being someone who has personally taken the test before, I understand very well the demands of the test and would like to share some useful tips/tricks test-takers can use to get better scores. And if you just want to have someone to practice your English with, I'll be willing to serve as your confidant, too.
