About Amrit

I am a human rights activist and a 2nd Dan Karateka. I have had over 12 years of serious training in the art.
Currently I am preparing for work as a lawyer. I still love my dojo, and a tinge of classical music as I practice

About the lesson

My style is shotokan karate, or linear power based karate. I start with warm ups, teach basics and forms , and then move to application. Amidst all this, I do at times lecture on the history within. After all, karate is much more than screaming, punching and kicking.
