My teaching method is the beginning for basic beginners who are not familiar with swimming or are afraid of water. The beginning of the introduction of water first, then the introduction of breathing, then floating in the water, then practicing gliding and finally the introduction of the basic style, namely the freestyle then followed by other styles. Beginning of freestyle teaching using a distance of 20m. And most importantly train how to work the free leg correctly, my first focus of teaching on technique. For those with achievements, the best time freestyle can be discussed so that they can determine the program to be taken.
