About Theo
I am on a gap year, and have an unconditional offer from Imperial College London to study Biological Sciences. I am currently tutoring a few students one on one at GCSE level in Maths, English and Biology. I have also been enrolled as a teaching assistant at Long Mead primary, and so have good experience working in groups with students of various ages.

I can teach individually or in a group setting. I have often found that, particularly with subjects like Maths and the Sciences, visual learning is key, and so find that talking through written examples, as well as drawing diagrams can massively help the learning experience. I am comfortable teaching GCSE and A level material, but can easily teach under this standard if required (e.g. 11+ etc.) With STEM subjects, particularly Maths, I feel that confidence is one of they key contributors to success, and would aim to develop this, as well as hopefully a newfound interest or passion in the subject
