About Jessica

I enjoy inspiring, motivating, and educating young people. It is my greatest passion to work with students, and to see students grow and reach their full potential.
I love learning and teaching and would love to share this passion with my students.

About the lesson

I am a new teacher that strongly believes in providing quality teaching and learning for every student to achieve success. My tutoring goals are;
Learner-Centered: making my tutoring sessions focused on the learner increases student engagement in their learning process, which will foster their academic improvement and growth.
Supportive: I aim to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment that supports student learning.
My lessons are directed towards primary-aged students from Kindergarten to Year 6, I am primarily focused on English and Mathematics, but can also tutor in all primary school subjects.
I have had experience teaching Year 5 and Year 6 students in Term 4, 2020, and Kindergarten in Term 2 2021. I have also worked as a tutor and babysitter for the last 4 years for students aged 4 - 12.
My lesson duration will be dependent on each student and can be discussed at a later time.
I like to base my lessons around a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 60 minutes.
